Harpinder Mann, RYT-500 (she/her) is a yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, and community builder currently living on Tongva Land (LA). Her practice is rooted in her spiritual background of Sikhism and Buddhism and ancestral roots in Panjab, India - this informs her desire to teach yoga authentically as a spiritual practice. Teaching since 2018 and practicing since 2013, she teaches in a way to help people mindfully connect to their bodies with curious awareness, to bring a sense of healing peace and stillness, and create more meaning in their lives.

Lauren Ursch M.S. of Indivara Shakti, founder of Shakti Sisterhood Ceremony is a Holistic Trauma Integration Guide, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Expressive Arts Therapist and intuitive sacred space holder. Lauren holds her BFA degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. Lauren is an E-RYT500 hour international yoga and meditation teacher who specializes in Eastern philosophy, reiki touch, mindful movement, guided visualization and restorative yin practices. Indivara has devoted the past 13 plus years to studying and practicing holistic healing modalities with the intention of offering an array of mind-body-spirit tools for supporting those she serves. Lauren is committed to creating sacred ceremonial spaces in person and digitally where everyone feels safe to swim in the pools of the full spectrum of their emotions and where expressing one’s raw authentic truth is celebrated!
